No idea how to summarise all this, way too drained. All I can say is very unlucky RT, it doesn't get any closer than that. Epic battles, played really fairly and only spoilt by us both having bad lag/freezes.

1st game: Biff took the early lead by Tiago and had several chances to score the deadly 2nd goal but missed. Bayern had chances aswell and could equalize with Toni in the last min. Bayern Luck ofc.

2nd game: Bayern took the lead with Klose in the 1st half. Biff got the equalizer in the middle of the 2nd half by Nedved but a few mins later Ribery could make it a better end for Bayern

Good game mate. Villa took the lead via a belter by Carew. Sevilla took the lead in the 2nd leg but Villa clawed one back and defended well. Good games Rossi.

1-2, 0-2 (or was it 3?) I think it was 3 if not defo 2. Really good close games, Spin got a goal late in the 1st to which we both exclaimed 'interesting' but 2nd game I had to control myself and take it easy and try do the damage when i could, Spin lost a bit of self control toward the end and I was on the end of some meaty challenges, but I love all that just a shame i didnt dish any out coz i played both games well disciplined.

Bayern vs Lyon

1-1(1-1)
Klose scored an early goal. Lyon equalized some min. later. Was a game with Markey trying to score the lead, and Effe trying to keep the draw. But in 2nd half Bayern had some big chances by counter attacks. Though Butt saved the draw for Bayern

2-0(2-0)
Another early goal. This time by Podolski. Bayern was equal to Lyon in the first half, when Poldi could score his 2nd goal with a header into the long corner. Then Lahm got sent off last 10mins b4 halftime.
Then it was all Markeys game ofc, but Bayern defended with all they had, and tried to settle down the deciding counter strike. Butt again showed some great saves. Somehow the ball didnt want to go into net for Lyon.

All games were very even. Finally Klose made the deciding goal in the 3rd game around the 70th min.

Bayern vs Atletico
1 - 0 (1 - 0)

Bayern started Blitzkrieg in 1st half, Atletico took a long time to get into the game, but only Klose could score with a nice shot from outside the box. So at HT Atletico was still in game.
In the 2nd half Atletico could get better into the game and had several chances to score the equalizer. Bayern was dangerous on counter attacks at anytime. Its a wonder tbh that this game ended only with that 1 goal by Klose. So Bayern could win the UEFA Cup after 1996.
