Group-Stage:
4 Groups of 5 Teams
2 legs, 10 min game, ET and Pens: OFF

Knock-Out-Stage:
2 legs, 10 min game, Extra Time: OFF Pen: OFF
NO Away Goals RULE !!!
If youre equal on aggregate, then play a 5min Decider Match with the same settings, but turn just Penalties : ON !!!

Only the FINAL will be played in 1 match with Extra Time and Penalties : ON !!!

Qualifying for KO-Stage:
4 groups of 5 teams:
- Top 2 of each group qualify for
Champions League Quaterfinal
- 3rd to 5th place Runner-ups going to UEFA-Cup.
- The 4th and the 5th of each group have to play a UEFA-Cup Preliminary Round. The 3rd of each group goes straight to the Quaterfinal.

If teams are equal on points in the group stage, the following parameters in that order will be taken into account:
1. Direct Comparison
2. Goal Difference
3. No. of Goals scored
4. 5 Min Decider, only pens: ON
